Can I create a completely custom design?

Yes! We welcome custom designs from and for our customers. You can provide your own design, logo, or inspiration, or share your vision and we’ll create something beautiful for you.

What if I don’t have a design yet?

No problem at all. Many customers come to us with just an idea—we’ll work with you to bring it to life.

Will I see a proof before my item is made?

For most custom orders, yes. You’ll have the opportunity to review and approve your design before production begins.

If any changes are to be made to your proof, you must let Splendid Creative know within 3 business days. If no response with changes is received by Splendid Creative, we will proceed in producing the design featured in the proof.

Can I make changes after I place my order?

Changes may be possible if production has not yet started. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

I want a personalized gift but don’t have an item—can you help?

Absolutely! We offer a curated selection of items specifically chosen for personalization. Simply browse the "custom pieces" section of our shop, select the piece you love, and let us know the details you’d like included.

From there, we’ll guide you through the process—creating a design, sending a proof for your approval, and keeping you updated until your finished piece is ready.

Production & Timing

How long does a custom order take?

Turnaround time varies depending on the project, but custom pieces require additional time for design and approval. If you have a deadline, please indicate the date in your contact form, or email us at team@shopsplendidcreative.com

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush orders may be available depending on our schedule. Please reach out prior to placing your order to confirm availability. Orders placed within 10 days of the deadline are considered rush orders. Rush orders typically require an additional fee. Please contact us with inquiries, and we will do our best to accommodate your order.

Shipping & Pickup

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Local pickup may be available by appointment. Please contact us to arrange details.

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship once production is complete. The production time varies based on the order complexity, and customer communication. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as it’s on its way.

Returns & Issues

Do you accept returns?

Custom and personalized items are final sale.

Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return within a limited timeframe—please see our full policy for details.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within a few days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Design & Materials

What materials are you able to personalize?

We are able to etch a variety of materials including wood, leather, acrylic, glass (i.e. champagne bottles), and stainless steel (i.e. Yeti cups and tumblers).

Can you etch my logo or branding?

Yes! I love working with business branding and logos—just make sure you have the rights to use the design.

Can you keep my custom order private?

We may share completed products for marketing purposes. If you prefer your order not be shared before your event date, or at all, please let us know in writing at the time you place your order.
