All orders are processed within our stated production times. Please note that production time and shipping time are separate. Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the method selected at checkout.

Shipping timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Splendid Creative is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Splendid Creative is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for customers in the San Antonio area. If you would like to arrange a pickup, please contact us after placing your order to coordinate details.

You will be notified once your order is ready for pickup. Pickup times are by appointment only to ensure availability.

Orders must be picked up within 2 days of notification that your order is ready. If you are unable to pickup your order within the timeframe, please let us know by responding to the "order is ready" notification with your availability to complete pickup . If an order is not picked up within this timeframe and no communication is received, it may be considered abandoned.

Splendid Creative is not responsible for items once they have been picked up.



Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3-5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist in resolving the issue.
