Splendid Creative offers both ready-to-ship and custom etched products. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth, transparent, and high-quality experience for every customer.

Custom Orders

We specialize in both original and fully custom designs. Customers may provide their own artwork, logos, or inspiration, or request a custom design created based on their vision. Clear communication is essential to ensure your final product reflects your expectations.

Proofs & Revisions

Digital proofs may be provided for custom orders when applicable. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all details, including spelling, dates, and layout within 3 days prior to production. A limited number of revisions may be included; additional revisions may incur a fee. If no response from the customer is received within 3 days of the proof being sent, Splendid Creative will proceed and complete the order using the proof of the original design. This will allow us to maintain order completion times and respect the deadlines of other customers.

Production & Turnaround Time

Production times vary depending on the complexity and volume of orders. Custom pieces require additional time for design, communication, and approval. All turnaround times are estimates and may vary, especially during peak seasons.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of custom products, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. For ready-to-ship items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order. If an item arrives damaged, please reach out with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Customer-Provided Artwork

By submitting artwork, logos, or designs, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and reproduce the material. Splendid Creative is not responsible for any copyright or trademark violations related to customer-provided content.

Design Ownership

All designs created by Splendid Creative remain the intellectual property of Splendid Creative and may be reused, adapted, or incorporated into future products, collections, or offerings.

Use of Customer Designs

Customer-provided designs will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling that specific order and will not be reproduced, resold, or used for other customers or products without written consent from the customer that provided the design to Splendid Creative.

Product Photography & Marketing

Splendid Creative reserves the right to photograph and share completed products, including custom orders, for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to production.

Product Variations

Due to the nature of etched and handcrafted products, slight variations in color, grain, texture, and engraving may occur. These variations are a natural part of the materials and process, making each piece unique.
Due to variations in monitor settings, and brightness, actual colors may vary. Every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors, and everyone may see these colors differently. We strive to provide a product that is a representation of the true color displayed in digital product photos as possible, but cannot always guarantee an exact match due to variable factors that are out of our control.

Rush Orders & Deadlines

If you have a specific deadline, please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm availability. While we will always do our best to accommodate time-sensitive requests, rush production is not guaranteed.

Approved rush orders may incur an additional fee and require prompt communication and approval from the customer. Delays in responses, proof approvals, or incomplete information may impact the ability to meet a requested deadline.

Splendid Creative is not responsible for missed deadlines due to delays in customer communication, shipping carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
