Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Splendid Creative. Due to the nature of our products, please review the following policy carefully.


Custom & Personalized Items

All custom and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This includes any item that has been made specifically for you, customized with names, dates, logos, or other unique details.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs (when provided) prior to production. Splendid Creative is not responsible for errors that were approved before production.


Ready-to-Ship Items

For non-custom items, returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within a limited window after purchase, provided that production has not yet begun. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.


Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Approved designs with errors (spelling, dates, etc.)
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Items marked as delivered but not received
