Cancellation policy

Orders may be canceled within a limited window after purchase, provided that production has not yet begun. Once production has started—particularly for custom or personalized items—orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Custom orders require time for design, preparation, and production. For this reason, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. If work has already begun on a custom design, a cancellation may not be approved or may be subject to a partial fee to cover time and materials.

For ready-to-ship items, cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of purchase. Once an item has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
